Private equity firm General Atlantic was considering a significant investment in GoodVets, a leading veterinary care platform with 22 locations across the country. In just three weeks, Davies+Co. recruited 30+ GoodVets’ consumers across multiple metropolitan markets to participate in robust, one-on-one interviews via an interactive online platform. The authentic, detailed responses from these discussions—which covered everything from perceptions and spending habits to personal anecdotes and brand analogies—were expertly synthesized by Davies+Co. into a clear, actionable report.
